Flowers of Springtime - Cam Theme - 49

Here in the southern hemisphere we are buzzing with the promise of warm weather and sunshine.
So I've been out with my camera this week making sure I have some digital "proof" that Spring has well and truly arrived.

this close up of a white clematis could not go unnoticed for a springtime photo

not quite the song and dance of blue grass music
but this is what the Blue Grass Flower looks like

I'm quite enamoured with the abundance and prolific colours of the
Livingston daisy

purple pansies...
spring blooms in a variety of colours

wherever I chance upon the Bird of Paradise flower (Strelitzia)
I always take photos...
maybe it's their long blooms, but one day I hope to capture them in a "perfect" photo

white Camelia that caught my eye

i like the colours of this blue pansy, so decided to share it as part of the Spring theme

mostly flowering towards the end of winter - when the Camelia flowers come to the end of their blooming, that's when you know the warmth of summer is just around the corner.

I just liked the way the sunlight caught this one...

Spring time and Livingston daisies - liven up any space
this one is from the Art Deco city of Napier on the east coast of the north island
